Fiamma Pizza is looking for an experienced late night cook to join our team! You will be preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas and salads to order. We are looking for someone excited about food. Responsibilities:

• Prepare our recipes to order.
• To guarantee safe and sanitary food handling practices, inspect and clean food preparation facilities such as equipment and work surfaces, as well as serving areas.
• Check for quality and maintain rotation of products to ensure freshness of food and ingredients.
• Regulate and monitor the temperature of ovens, warmers, and refrigeration to ensure food is stored, cooked, and served at the proper temperature.
• Maintain temperature logs, keep walk-in cooler freezer organized.
• Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.

Compensation: $17.28 - $19/hr + Tips (tips typically range from $4.50 - $7 per hour), generous meal discounts.

• Previous experience in a restaurant environment of 1 year.
