Who You Are:

You are a reliable, outstanding, and experienced cook who is at home on the grill, deep frying, making pizza, soups, steaming, and many other dishes following our recipe book - and can keep pace with our outstanding Food & Beverage team and guest orders.

What You Will Do:

  • Cooks, sautés, broils, grills, fries, steams, bakes, and wok cooks meats, pizza, fish, vegetables, and other foods according to the recipe at the correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters on Line and expedites orders.
  • Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
  • Sets up and maintains workstation for next shift.
  • Completes assigned station prep lists.
  • Inspects, cleans, sanitizes, and maintains food preparation areas, such as equipment, work surfaces, and serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
  • Prepares, portions, arranges, garnishes food, and presents food items per Bingo kitchen standardized recipes.
  • Maintains waste, temperatures, and other health and safety logs/reports daily.
  • Effectively and consistently communicates on the production Line.
  • Maintains open communication channels with front-of-house and management staff.
  • Follows all sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Since we first opened on January 21, 1985, Muckleshoot Bingo has helped the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe launch a period of economic prosperity. We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.

Skills Required extracted by

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of cooking experience required, with an emphasis in short-order cooking.
  • ServSafe / Food Handler's Certification required.
  • Ability to organize and manage up to fifty (50) line order tickets at a time.
