The Line Cook is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Customer Service team at The Point Casino & Hotel!

This position will be reporting to Alex Egan (Executive Sous Chef). With high visibility within the team, this individual will have a great opportunity to grow their career as we view hiring as a partnership - everyone invests their time, as well as skills, to mentor those around them!

How You'll Make An Impact:

• Communicates professionally with front/back of house staff regarding orders and answers questions to the best of their ability.
• Makes the appropriate alterations to accommodate allergies for the safety of our patrons.
• Collaborates with Chefs to develop new recipes, techniques, and refine presentation.
• Coordinates with the kitchen to use available ingredients to lower operational costs.
• Open to learning new skillsets and motivated to being promoted: preparation of food, quality control, fine dining, and baking.

What We're Looking For:

• 18+ years of age with a High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to obtain Gaming License.

Good To Have, But Not Required:

• Previous industry experience working at a Casino and/or Hotel.
• Washington State Food Handler's Permit (must be willing to provide within 30 days of employment).
