Job Description

We are seeking a culinary professional to join our kitchen team. As part of your role, you will prepare stocks, soups, and mother sauces while ensuring the quality taste and product are a priority. You will be responsible for working all stations on the line as necessary and conducting quality line checks as required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with portion control and product quality for service.
  • Ensuring that items are fully stocked and equipment is in good working condition.
  • Proper storing and handling of all food products during and after shift to minimize waste and spoilage.
  • Closing down work stations properly.
  • Communicating effectively with "Front of the House" staff.
  • Keeping the work station clean and neat.
  • Other duties as assigned.
