We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team at McMenamins. In this role, you will handle various tasks from the opening to the closing of the kitchen, including the manufacture and presentation of all hot & cold food products such as salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, and weekly specials.

As a line cook, you will be responsible for the organization and cleaning of your work area. This position requires hard physical work, mental agility, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all duties are performed safely and efficiently.

Essential Functions:

• Produce excellent quality food for customers.
• Safely lift and carry heavy objects with assistance, if necessary.
• Work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Follow strict adherence to deadlines and product quality.
• Accurately follow recipes and food specifications.
• Perform repetitive movements and work on your feet for long periods.
• Communicate clearly and positively with co-workers, managers, vendors, and customers.

• Wage range: $16.28-$22.28/hr + tips.
