The Fiamma Commissary kitchen is looking for hard-working and reliable employees for our prep kitchen. We prepare recipes from scratch for Fiamma Pizza and Fiamma Burger daily. We take pride in using good ingredients! This is a perfect job for an individual who loves to cook, knows how to follow a recipe, and prefers a non-retail cooking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to follow a recipe.
• Prepare cooked and non-cooked food with consistency.
• To guarantee safe and sanitary food handling practices, inspect and clean food preparation facilities such as equipment and work surfaces.
• Check for quality and maintain rotation of products to ensure freshness of food and ingredients.
• Maintain temperature logs, keep walk-in cooler freezer organized.

Qualifications:

• Able to obtain WA State Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to ride a delivery trike.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Ability to work standing for 7+ hours.

Compensation:

$17.28 - $19/hr
