Job Description

We have an exciting new vacancy for a Commis Chef to join our team at one of the largest hotels in the Britannia chain, Norbreck Castle Hotel & Spa Blackpool. With 487 rooms, Norbreck Castle is located on the quieter side of the promenade, near charming villages like Bispham and Thornton-Cleveleys. The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation from Blackpool.

Your main duties would include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
  • Managing stock to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff.
  • Preparing dishes to a high standard, following the guidance of our Head Chef.

This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in the early stages of their culinary career or are looking to start a career in the culinary industry. The ideal candidate will be organised and punctual.
