Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3 for West Virginia University located in Morgantown, West Virginia. The WVU Morgantown Campus is in a town named “No. 1 Small City in America” for its exceptional quality of life. This Executive Chef will support the Culinary on campus, with a major focus on Resident dining, with a high volume of students served. This role will have 25% hands-on cooking and 75% computer-driven and development of staff.

The successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting.
• Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented.
• Have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance.
• Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Basic Management Experience - 3 years.
• Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
