Individual will possess advanced cooking skills, including: knife skills, charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sautéing, braising, roasting and par-cooking. Ideal candidates will look forward to challenging themselves to achieve greater levels of culinary success.

Education And/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two to four years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
