We are seeking an experienced cook in the culinary area of Food and Beverage, responsible for assisting with the direction, preparation, and service of all foods produced.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Standard knife skills and ability to perform specific cuts as assigned.
• Firm understanding of cooking techniques ranging from cold food production to hot food production.
• Firm knowledge of cooking equipment and the operation of each piece.
• Completing and submitting food requisitions.
• Assisting in the development of new menu items.
• Following recipes according to set standards.
• Maintaining food consistency through plating and panning specifications.
• Completing production assigned in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station.
• Understanding proper rotation of stock (FIFO).
• Following food storage and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays, with flexible scheduling.
• Interacting courteously with resort guests and maintaining positive relationships with fellow employees.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
